Reviewed expectations with Bob and current situation with home and importance of health and safety. Looking for HE solutions for air filtration and air scrubbers for whole house for 2 systems. Also would like proposal for air sealing and insulating the attic space. The outside walls are being spray foamed from the outside and the rim joist were spray foamed.

Found failed thermocouple. Replaced thermocouple on boiler and tested operation. Boiler is from 2003 explained to customer that a new boiler would be between $10,000 to $14,000. Performed combustion test on boiler and tested both zones. Gas boiler is working fine at time of service.

Performed QA on Trane Heat Pump/Gas Furnace system. Replaced the corner panel on the outdoor unit that was scratched before it was installed. Could not connect to the Trane Link but reviewed all settings and programming from the thermostat. Tested system in heat pump and air conditioning modes. Set Heat Pump lockout to 30 Degrees and gas Furnace lockout to 45 degrees since they have solar panels for the house this will utilize the heat pump more. Completed checklist form in system. No additional follow up needed.

Replacement of water feeder, expansion tank and relief valve. New 3/4 boiler drain, installation of air eliminator. After all repairs checked system operation check for water leaks no leaks bleed air from the system test both zones ok boiler is working correctly upon completion of the work. Used copper strap to add support to expansion tank and water feeder. Also installed isolation valve for expansion tank.
