Mr Rivera was informative and professional. He pulled a small hose blew out some dirt. The whole process took maybe 5min at most and I was charged 236 dollars. I understand the house call but with no repair or parts to buy it should not have cost that much. Other than the price being expensive I was satisfied with my experience with Jackson and son

Tech washed and serviced unit and found blower containing an bacterial Build up. Tech cleaned blower and found no other challenges at this time.
