Tech preformed CMA FULL SERVICE on 1 Gas Package unit, 2 Split Systems and 1 Exhaust Fan. All Systems are operating at this time. Tech did find both condenser coils for Split Systems extremely dirty and with reduced airflow. Split System #2 was shutting down due to high pressure. Once tech throughly cleaned coil with brush and coil cleaner, system began to operated with no issues. Tech also had to clean HP Cond #3 coil several times to remove debris from coil. Gas Pack #1 had no challenges at this time. Exhaust Fan is operating at this time, But is extremely dirty. Tech has attached SYSTEM PERFORMANCE REPORTS to invoice along with pictures.
