Tech found fuse blown causing a voltage drop due to both 5a and 5b feeding off the same transformer. Tech found both systems run properly individually , but when r is connected, the fuse blows. Tech wired all other wires to both boards and found systems operating properly.

-Performed repairs as recommended at prior maintenance inspection per approval: -System 2: Outdoor fan motor not operating via contactor. Observed extreme delay in operation and fan motor running at excessive amperage. Rated at 0.98 FLA on unit, 1.6 on motor; running at 3.26. 208/230 1/6 HP 1625 rpm. Motor was overheated and on thermal overload upon arrival. Replaced motor & capacitor per prior approval. Verified proper operation of motor. -System 5: Observed ignition on furnace 5-B then immediately cuts off. Cleaned flame sensor and retested. Heat still would not stay lit. Swapped sensors with twin furnace, problem remains on furnace B. Control board eventually gives error light of solid continuous: replace IFC (Indoor Fan Control). Replaced control board per approval. Demand tech to follow up on part installation & identify any further system needs.
