Rodney has wend above & beyond to help us , couldn't ask for anyone any better, Mike, Wayne, & Derek all very professional & helpful. They kept their worksite clean, removed all trash & was very mindful of keeping the floor clean on the inside. — Customer states system is not satisfying on heat mode. System only blows cold air. — Compressor and outdoor fan run with call from thermostat. Signs of freezing at suction line, indicating probable low refrigerant charge. Pressures confirm low refrigerant levels. Observed signs of leaking from low pressure service port. — Recommend performing system leak search to identify source of refrigerant loss. Provided estimate for leak search. — System uses obsolete R22 type refrigerant, with a system capacity of 7 lb. Tech does not stock R22 on truck, and may not have enough on hand to recharge system to satisfactory levels. Provided estimate for 4 lb of R22. If customer elects to charge system, there is no guarantee on how long system will operate until it leaks back out to levels unable to work properly. — Customer gave verbal approval for leak search so she can make a more informed decision on how to proceed. Tech found blower motor not running with 24v at g. Tech found blower was ran off a sequencer and found 24v at sequencer but no high voltage. Tech replaced sequencer with a relay and found blower running properly. Tech informed customer that unit is 24 years old in overall poor condition. Customer only wants system repaired.

Tech found breakers off upon arrival customer stated that another company said system was void of refrigerant. Tech found system running at correct pressures and delta t, only challenge tech found was filter was dirty and could have been causing system to freeze, duct system is old but metal ducts are still intact.

FLOORS HAVE ROTTED IN SOME AREAS OF HOME AND CURRENTLY ARE BEING REPAIRED. AREAS OF ROT MOSTLY LOCATED NEAR DUCT LINES. DUCT SYSTEM IS IN OVERALL POOR CONDITION DUE TO AGE. LIKELY LEAKING/SWEATING. HANDED OVER TO FIELD SUPERVISOR.
