-Performed CMA Full Service on 9 Split System Heat Pumps. Verify operation of 2 exhaust fans and 1 make up air unit. -System 1: Replace battery notification on thermostat. 2xAA. Air handler not level. Causes condensation to drip near air filter cover. Recommend leveling air handler/drain pan so unit properly drains condensation. -System 2: Found call from thermostat and compressor contactor engaged. Found no operation of condenser unit. Fuses blown in outdoor 3 phase disconnect. 3x30 A time delay fuses. Compressor failed megohm test and has failed. 2007 system type R22 refrigerant. Unit not operational. System should be replaced. -System 4: Maintenance states auxiliary pan fills and cuts off condenser until he can drain. Observed water collecting in auxiliary pan. Observed down spout missing from collection pan on top side of evaporator coil. Suspect blower is pulling dripping condensation away from drain pan and allowing water to
