Tech washed and serviced unit per service agreement, upon inspection tech found duel run capacitor on compressor side testing a little below spec, tech recommend replacement of capacitor with either turbo 200 or warranty capacitor, customer wants to wait until next visit, tech found no other challenges at today’s visit, the system is back up and running and holding a delta t of 20+ degrees, will need to return to wash coils and system when pipes un freeze

Upon arrival tech completely removed fallen branch line, patched hole and reinsulated per homeowner request. Everything is operational and had no challenges.

Upon arrival tech was informed there was a branch line under the house that was fallen down. Tech inspected issue and found a 2x12 boot that had fallen at some point and when the homeowner began repairing damaged floor was not put back in place. Will need to return with second tech to help spot and cut hole and secure boot in floor. Office will reach back out with estimate on repair.

Tech found fan running but not compressor due to a failed capacitor. Tech replaced capacitor and found normal operation. Tech recommends maintenance plan. .

Upon arrival tech found system completely iced over with thick ice tech saw brand new filter. Customer stated she just changed it and it was really dirty. Tech found dead dual run capacitor also replaced after approval ice is to thick for tech to de ice. Tech covered blower and electrical compartment to prevent from getting wet and left system off. Customer stated she will put panel back on and turn system on when de iced.

Found the condenser with high head pressure of 428 and 94 on the suction. 20+ year old split straight AC system. New thermostat, thermostat wire, contactor, and capacitor were replaced by another company. Tech did record the condenser fan amp draw that’s at limit and high compressor amp draw as well. R22. Tech diagnosed a restriction within the system. The compressor was hot and the fan motor will turn off once it gets too hot as well. The condenser coil is hot to the touch. Indoor system is dirty as well. Costumer decided to receive a system replacement quote from us, this challenge has been happening for months now. Need to schedule a field supervisor to provide a solution. Collected house call fee only via cash.
