Upon arrival tech was informed system was not cooling at all. Tech found condenser running but blower was reading error of controller. Reset controller and blower came back on. Continued checking over system and found circuit 1 low on R410A Freon. Performed leak search and found leak at evaporator coil. Samuel stated they were going to reach out to company that installed system due to not having manufacture warranty. They said they would call us back after doing so. Office will need to quote for new coil replacement if we do repair.

COMPLETED FILTER CHANGE OF 7-20x20x1 FILTERS, 4-20x20x2 FILTERS AND 8-20x25x2 FILTERS. REPLACED 4 FILTER GRILLS, 2 IN KITCHEN AREA AND 2 IN STORAGE AREA. RECOMMEND REPLACEMENT OF 3 MORE FILTER GRILLS, 2 IN LOBBY AND 1 IN COOKING AREA. REPLACEMENT OF THOOSE 3 FILTER GRILLS WOULD BE $736.50. PERFORMANCE REPORT AND PICTURES ARE ATTACHED TO THIS INVOICE.

Tech found the hot surface igniter only partially lighting. Igniter would have to be replaced. Tech noted unit is 20 years old and will need to be replaced soon. Tech verified heat exchangers were not cracked. Tech replaced igniter and found system heating properly. Tech also made sure all vents are blowing heat.

-Performed CMA Filter Change on 2 Gas Package Systems and 2 dehumidifiers. Replaced air filters at 7 locations in back of house. -Management states challenges with heat upon arrival in the morning. Performed check of kitchen gas packs per approval by Mrs. Hubbard. Found improper gas pressures on gas pack 848D. Adjusted gas pressure per approval by Mrs. Hubbard. System now heating correctly. Found no ignition on gas pack 388D. Found voltage to igniter and gas valve as appropriate. Gas pressure to inlet side of gas valve is correct but found no change to outlet pressure when valve is powered. Recommend replacement of gas valve. Provided estimate $811.56. Did not visibly confirm igniter working correctly. System may need further diagnosis once gas valve is approved. Demand tech to be dispatched to verify findings. - Observed lobby split system thermostat set to emergency heat. Performed hard reset of split system, set thermostat to heat setting, and observed system running correctly in
