Apon arrival customer had concerns with unit making a weird noise when it was sleeting tech could not duplicate noise tech checked amps was testing within specs tech suspects it was it built up around the fan tech found no other challenges at this time during the maintenance. Unit is up heating properly at this time.

Technician found dual fuel soft lock out on gas side. Technician cleared and found slight corrosion on ignition control board. Technician was informed recently refilled gas tank and customer had to light pilot light for water heater a few times. Technician suspected air in gas line causing system not to run. System is heating at this time.

CMA Inspection. Inspections on 2 Split Systems. Tested good and everything looked good back running as should.

Tech found thermostat satisfied at 72. Customer stated he has had multiple sensor errors and last time we were out we told him if it does it again to replace thermostat. Customer stated yesterday thermostat indoor temp bounced from 65 to 71 but actual indoor temperature remained the same. Tech replaced thermostat and verified normal operation. Contractor warranty, system and thermostat were replaced less than a year ago.

Found 2 damaged hanging tube heaters damaged by the construction workers on site, the 3rd hanging gas heater has been off for some time now due to having clogged tubes that were recommended to be replaced due to excessive soot buildup inside. One tube heater has a broken exhaust pipe and bent tubes and the other one has a fully disconnected/broke tube near the end by the U-bend. No visible damages appear to be on the gas lines. Tube heaters are on tight working area and observed how the lifts were moving the tube heaters while on site, tubes for the the tube heaters are recommended to be replaced due to being bent and damaged, heaters are liable to be damaged while construction still continues, tech spoke with Mr. Miller and agreed that it best to have the tube heaters addressed until the construction finishes to prevent damage on newer parts. Pulled toilet up and found somebody had tried to repair a broken flange. Removed the flange and installed a new flange with securing the new flange to the floor. The floor is saturated with water and is starting to slope to one side. Reinstalled the toilet with new wax ring, new bolts, and everything tested good with no leaks.

Tech arrived and found condenser not running. Tech found system void of refrigerant and called for field supervisor. Call had been turned over to Caleb.

Tech recovered refrigerant charge and cut failed compressor and filter drier out. Added Acid Away to new compressor. Brazed in new compressor and biflow drier while flowing nitrogen. Pressure tested system to 225 psi of nitrogen. Pulled vacuum level to 300 microns. System passed standing vacuum test. Recharged with 7 lbs 13 oz of new R410a. Aftermarket start kit is disconnected and system is still in emergency heat at thermostat. Tech let customer know that we will order OEM start kit and return to install it. Service warranty. Please send Matthew back with OEM part.

- Tech replaced DFT control board and confirmed proper defrost operation. Adam approved home projects card for payment through Wells Fargo. System is operating normally at this time.

Upon arrival tech was informed kitchen system was not heating. Inspected and found condenser short cycling due to blower motor not coming on. Check to ensure motor got 240v and 24v and capacitor read within specs. Blower motor has failed. Contacted office to have field supervisor come out due to cost of repairs and age of system. Customer wants to wait until talking with field supervisor. System is currently off at breaker inside air handler.

Upon arrival tech began inspecting back bedroom mini split with a 5 flash code for outdoor power system abnormal. Tech checked compressor and inverter on system and found no challenges. Tech also checked fused on board and found no challenges. Turned breaker off for approximately 5 minutes then turned back on. Code went away and system began heating. System is back operational at this time.

Tech returned to clean to clean blower wheel and evaporator coil. Apron arrival customer stated compressor and OD fan were not coming on. Low voltage fuse was blown. Tech replaced fuse and unit is operating properly. Unit has a delta T of 22.

Tech found Vision Pro had a false thermostat sensor error. Tech showed customer how to click thermostat off the wall and click it back in place to reboot it. Tech ensured that both stages of compressor heat, defrost, and heat strips are back running. Service warranty/no charge.
