Tech found variable speed blower motor has failed causing system to kick off on high pressure. System is down at the time. Customer will wait for repair.

Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Tech found evaporator coil to be severely rusted. Tech could not find a consistent leak. Tech found jumpers to compressor capacitor burned/rusted. Tech replaced jumper wires. Tech found compressor capacitor reading at 35.9/50. Tech also found breaker tip burnt and when tech tried putting breaker back in it sparked. Unit is heating and cooling efficiently. Mail invoice.

Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Upon arrival techs nitrogen went out. Tech flushed drain lines with jug of water. Tech faced no challenges this visit. Unit is heating and cooling efficiently. Tech informed customer about ESA renewal. Customer upgraded to PSA plan.

Tech performed ESA, checked electrical, amp draws within specs, cleaned the blower wheel and housing, washed the system and acquired a proper delta T of 24 in heat pump only and 114 degrees with heat strips. Uv bulb was recommended to be replaced during last visit and also recommended a plasma air purifier. Customer will like to wait and will call us back when he is ready to move forward with the recommendations. Filters were replaced as well.

Tech replaced a defrost thermostat sensor and switched the defrost timer from 60 minutes to 30 minutes. Tested defrost and checked refrigerant pressures. System is operating properly at this time.

Tech washed and serviced unit, found no challenges with unit at this time. Tech reccomended media filter to prevent having to change filter as often, customer not interested today. Unit is heating holding a delta T of 19. Tech used a 16x20x1

Tech washed and serviced unit, no challenges found with unit at this time. Tech noticed filter was abnormally dirty and informed customer of airflow issues, recommended media filter. Tech also reccomended extending ESA agreement, customer not interested 8n extending but will call office if situation changes.

Tech washed and serviced unit, found compressor capacitor testing below tolerance. Customer approved replacing with dual run capacitor. Unit is now operating properly with a delta T of 19. (Had dual run capacitor billed out).

Customer not on site. Tech found the condenser frosted over, tech jumped out the defrost cycle and did not engaged, defrost sensor has failed and is has been recommended to be replaced before, customer wanted to verify the sensor operating prior to arrival. Customer approved ordering the defrost sensor over the phone. We would need to Advise the homeowner to have the system off prior to our arrival when the sensor arrives to prevent a de-icing charge.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Customer renewed ESA 1 sys and will need to return to drop off 3 14x25x1 filters. Customer would like to be emailed warranty paper work for split system.

Replaced disconnect for unit 3-B air handler with 15 amp fuses installed. Replaced disconnect for unit 2-A air handler with 35 amp fuses installed. Server room mini split has a 15 amp breaker in main panel which is correct and has non-fused disconnect at condenser. Had inspection on 1A, 1C, 2A, 2B, 2C, 3B, and server room mini split. All systems passed per inspectors.

Tech arrived and found system showing fault for coil sensor failure, tech found coil sensor was unplugged and plugged back in and fault cleared. Tech also found breaker to air handler was in off position. Tech cut power on to system and checked operation. Tech found that system would call for heat strips but they would not kick on. Tech found both heat strip sequencers had burnt up and tech quoted for replacement with contactor and Customer approved. System is now back on and operating properly at this time.

Tech performed service on ruud split system. Tenant informed tech he cut off unit during defrost mode. Tech found defrost mode led to be blinking red. Tech leaked searched whole system and inspected system. Tech spoke with charity & tenant about situation. System is back on and running and delta t is within specification at this time. Tenant is satisfied with today’s service and found no other challenges at todays visit.

Tech inspected duct work under house per homeowner request. Homeowner stated they were not having any challenges but wanted it looked at due to being older. Tech found duct to be old but still in good condition. Mention that the return line that goes up a chase to attic was making sharp turns and bends but did not seem to be affecting performance. Told homeowner that if we replaced duct system we could redo return line to flow better. Homeowner would like estimate made for replacement of duct system.
