Tech arrived and found system saying heat on but nothing running tech found 24v common wire had came loose from ignition control board. Tech plugged wire back in and system came on and is now operating properly at this time.

Customer was concerned about the thermostat was set incorrectly by our ESA tech. Thermostat was set to schedule mode and customer did not request that. Tech corrected the settings nd tested the system, delta T is writhing specs. No charge due to recent visits.

Tech found controller had unsinked with air handler causing air handler to get stuck on. Tech cut unit off at air handler and resynced controller. System now cuts on and off with demand of controller.

*B5GD* Serviced PTAC unit and cleaned air filters. Noted small area of damage on liquid line caused by vibration. Confirmed no leaks and separated the lines. System is operating normally at this time with delta T reading 19 degrees.

Tech serviced and cleaned unit. Upon arrival customer stated she thinks the uv light is burnt out. Tech found uv bulb burnt out on package unit. Tech faced no other challenges with mini split. Unit is heating and cooling efficiently. Tech put in new uv light but could not get it to light up. Tech informed customer.

Customer arrived 15 minutes after tech and reported system not coming on. Tech started at outdoor unit. Found 70/10uf dual run capacitor reading 14% weak on FAN side. Upon inspecting indoor unit, tech found low voltage fuse blown, multiple low and line voltage wires burnt, and new sequencer miswired causing one heat strip to energize before blower. Tech repaired poor connections, replaced burnt wiring, corrected sequencer wiring at no charge and tested. Cooling mode and FAN only mode operate correctly. Upon testing heating mode, tech found only 2 of 3 heat strips operating. Tech isolated middle heat strip and confirmed no continuity across middle heat strip in electric furnace. With 2 of 3 heat strips running, delta t is 16 degrees temp rise.

Apon arrival customer had concerns with upstairs not working properly tech found unit to be in hard lock out tech cleared codes checked pressures and amps tech found unit to be operating properly with no concerns tech informed customer to monitor and if it happens again to reach back out to us. Tech washed and serviced both systems and found 2 of the downstairs Inshot burners to be rusted and need to be replaced customer approved replacement tech found no other challenges at this time.

Tech performed service on trane package unit. Customer stated aux heat was “not working”. Tech jumped “w” circuit and “r” circuit to force heat strips to come on. Heat strips are pulling amps within specification and all is working at todays visit. Tech informed customer about the details and cycles of aux heat. All ok at this time. Delta t is within specification and customer is satisfied with today’s service. Found no other challenges at todays visit.

Tech arrived and customer stated system would not keep up at night, tech found thermostat satisfied at 73, tech cycled system and tested operation and found no challenges. Tech also inspected ducts and found all are secure, only issue found at today’s visit were dirty filters. Tech replaced 24x24 filters tech checked temperature from both sides of home and found readings very close.

Upon arrival customer stated system was not keeping up when cold, tech found thermostat satisfied, tech inspected and found no challenges with system operation tech did find max aux outdoor temp set to 30 degrees tech adjusted to 55. Customer signed up for MPA

Tech found red wire to tstat not making a good connection at field wire nut inside unit. Tech replaced wire nut connections on R and C and tstat went back to operating correctly. Fired unit up and confirmed 10" wc manifold pressure. Did ESA recently. Service warranty/no charge.

Customer described continually having to reset 50 amp breaker for heat strips. Tech confirmed heat kit is 9.5kw and MOP is 50 amps. Heat strips are pulling 40.3 amps while running. After 10 minutes, breaker is hot to the touch. After 20 minutes breaker did not trip, but it is still hot. Tech recommends ordering a brand new Cutler and Hammer 50 amp breaker and swapping it out. Tech let customer know that office will follow up. She is resetting it for now. Install warranty.

Technician found 2 leg of pull out cherry red when pulled out. Technician found 2 high voltage wires and 2 pole contactor are burnt will need replaced. Technician informed customer on findings office will have to quote out pull out terminal block for boiler home look at pics and give customer quote.

Tech arrived and found system calling but no heat coming through vents, tech found high voltage wiring burnt and sequencer failed for heat strips. Tech replaced wires and sequencer and system is back on and operating properly at this time. Customer signed up for mpa.
