Jackson and Sons scheduled me at the last minute when my washing machine broke down, and the delivery man from another company couldn't disconnect my old washer. Jackson and Sons understood that our family had some pressing medical engagements coming up and needed the washer right away. Alex, the technician, was prompt, courteous, thorough, and did an excellent job! Thank you, Jackson and Sons, Alex,and the wonderful woman who made it all happen. Replaced the hose bib on the back of the house with a new Woodford hose bib. Replaced both master sink. Pop-up drain assemblies. Ran sewer machine through kitchen sink drain line cleared grease from the line.

Gave customer an estimate for replacing the hose bib on the backside of the house clearing the kitchen sink drain with the sewer machine and replacing both pop-ups in the master bath sink

Performed ESA per maintenance plan. Customer re-invested into our maintenance plan premium. Tech found a blower motor capacitor reading 2.3 out of 7.5, motor is hot but still operating. Blower motor replacement is recommended. Outdoor compressor running capacitor reading 37 out of 40 mfd, replacement is recommended. Tech provided the estimates to the homeowner and decided to wait to perform the repairs for now but may be ready next week. Tech did not was the outdoor unit due to the water spigot being damaged (the one by the outdoor unit) , customer would like a visit from one of our plumbers to come and provide an estimate to repair, preferably Monday or Wednesday. Customer request paper comps of the invoice and service contract to be sent along with the estimate for the HVAC repairs by regular mail.

Technician found fuse rollout was blown again did see burnt marks on the wire for high temp switch. Technician repaired wire and replaced fuse due to recent visit. System is heat at this time tech did see a lot of soot build up on heat exchanger. Will need either cleaning or replace. When gas valve first kicks on flame does do big rollout due to soot build up.

Upon arrival tech was shown system location. Tech began inspecting system and found 2 burnt wires on the heat strip contactor burnt and one completely broken off. Tech received verbal authorization over the phone to repair burnt wires. Tech also installed 20x25x1 filter in return grille. System is back operational at this time.

Tech performed service on goodman package unit. Customer stated does not use unit. Keeps unit off at all times. Tech only performed service on unit, did not wash unit due to the inability to wash/clean unit. Tech informed customer that contactor is reading weaker @232v and amp-draws are little higher than specification. Customer is aware at this time. Tech talked to Joy in office about situation(s). Replaced a leaking indoor evaporator coil under manufacturer warranty.. brazed in the new coil and filter dryer while flowing nitrogen, pressure tested the system, pulled a vacuum below 500 microns and factory charged the system with R410a refrigerant. Tested system is cool mode afterwards. System is back cooling. Tech spoke with the homeowners over the phone and received approval for billing out for today’s repairs.
