How much does Launch365 cost?▾
Launch365 plans start at $97/month for the Starter plan, $157/month for Growth (which includes Nexus AI), and $237/month for Pro (which adds the full SEO suite and API access). All plans are billed month-to-month with no long-term commitment, or annually with 20% savings.
Are there any hidden fees or long-term contracts?▾
No hidden fees and no long-term contracts. Your monthly plan price is what you pay. SMS carrier fees apply per message beyond your included allowance (standard industry practice), and we always show your usage clearly in the dashboard. You can cancel anytime.
What's included in every plan?▾
Every plan includes unlimited contacts, dedicated onboarding support, a phone number, the mobile app, the unified Messenger inbox, review automation, BookSmart scheduling forms, payments via text, CRM, and broadcasts. Higher tiers add Nexus AI, SEO tools, email marketing, and advanced automation.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?▾
Yes — pay annually and save 20% vs monthly billing. The annual fee is charged once upfront. Plans are $77/mo, $157/mo, and $237/mo when billed annually.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?▾
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. No penalties for changes.
Do you have agency or multi-location pricing?▾
Yes! Contact our team for custom agency and multi-location pricing with volume discounts, white-label options, and centralized billing.

How long does setup take?▾
Most businesses go live within the same day as their onboarding call. The call itself takes 30–60 minutes. By the end, your contacts are imported, automations are configured, Nexus AI is trained, and you're ready to capture leads.
Can I keep my existing phone number?▾
Yes. We support full number porting. The process typically takes 3–5 business days, and we give you a temporary number to use in the meantime so you never miss a message.
What happens to my contacts if I switch?▾
We import your entire contact list as part of onboarding at no extra charge. Send us a CSV or export from your current platform — we handle the rest, including tags and notes.
Do I need technical skills to set up Launch365?▾
None. Our onboarding team configures everything for you. Adding the web chat widget to your site takes one line of code — we walk you through it in under two minutes.
What if I'm currently locked in a contract with another provider?▾
You can run Launch365 alongside your current platform while your contract winds down. Most customers find they barely use their old platform within the first week — the transition is that smooth.
Which platforms can you migrate data from?▾
We can import from Podium, Birdeye, Textedly, SlickText, EZ Texting, TextRequest, SimpleTexting, HubSpot, and any platform that exports a CSV. If you're unsure, just ask — our team handles it.

Nexus AI is a fully trained AI assistant that handles real customer conversations in real time — across SMS, web chat, and phone. It responds to leads, answers pricing questions, qualifies prospects, books appointments, and hands off to humans when needed. It's not a scripted chatbot — it's a real conversational AI trained on your specific business.
How is Nexus AI trained on my business?▾
During onboarding, we feed Nexus your services, pricing, FAQs, scheduling availability, and any policies you want it to follow. It learns your business and responds accurately. You can update its knowledge anytime through your dashboard.
Can Nexus AI book appointments?▾
Yes. Nexus checks your real-time availability, presents options to the customer, confirms the booking, and syncs to your calendar. It integrates with ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, and BookSmart scheduling.
What happens when Nexus AI can't answer a question?▾
Nexus has smart escalation built in. When a question falls outside its training or a situation requires a human touch, it smoothly hands the conversation off to your team with full context — the customer never feels the transition.
Does Nexus AI work 24/7?▾
Yes. Nexus responds to leads and manages conversations at any hour, any day of the week — including holidays. It never sleeps, takes sick days, or asks for overtime.
Is Nexus AI included in all plans?▾
Nexus AI is included in the Growth plan ($157/mo) and above. Starter plan customers can add it as an add-on.

Does Launch365 work with ServiceTitan / Jobber / Housecall Pro?▾
Yes. Launch365 has native integrations with all three. New bookings sync, job status changes trigger automations, and customer records stay in sync automatically.
Can I send email campaigns from Launch365?▾
Yes. The Growth and Pro plans include a full drag-and-drop email builder with templates, personalization, campaign scheduling, and click/open tracking.
Does Launch365 include SEO tools?▾
The Pro plan includes full local SEO: organic rank tracking, geo grid heat maps, AI visibility monitoring (tracks how you appear in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews), backlink analysis, and Google Business Profile management.
Can I use Launch365 on my phone?▾
Yes. The Launch365 mobile app is available on iOS and Android with full feature parity — Messenger, broadcasts, contacts, reviews, and more.
How many team members can use the account?▾
All plans support multiple users. You can set individual notification preferences and assign conversations to specific team members.

Is Launch365 TCPA compliant?▾
Yes. Launch365 has opt-out management built in — any contact who replies STOP is immediately removed from all messaging. We also include compliance tools for proper opt-in consent management.
How is my customer data protected?▾
Launch365 uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We are SOC 2 compliant and do not sell customer data to third parties.
Can I export my data if I ever leave?▾
