He&#39;s always prompt and exceedingly helpful, giving me options so that I can choose the best option based on what I can afford and explains those options. As an aside and nothing to do with Clay but this particular problem started late on July 3rd so I&#39;d called for a appointment. It was scheduled for the next day and then I was told it would cost $259, almost 3 times the regular rate despite the fact that I have a contract. Luckiiy the problem righted itself (temporarily) and I was able to reschedule but I was taken aback that when an emergency occurs a contract customer is treated no differently. I could understand an extra $50 or so but to be charged so much more for an emergency seems excessive. It was scheduled for the next day and then I was told it would cost $259, almost 3 times the regular rate despite the fact that I have a contract. Luckiiy the problem righted itself (temporarily) and I was able to reschedule but I was taken aback that when an emergency occurs a contract customer is treated no differently. I could understand an extra $50 or so but to be charged so much more for an emergency seems excessive.
