Solutions- Replaced 40va transformer with 70va and replaced 50 Amp 3 phase contactor out with new. Tested system in heat,cool, and emergency heat and system is now operating properly at this time.

A.c not cooling, Goodman heat pump system. Diagnosis- Found system low on r22 freon, added 2 pounds of new r22, checked system operation and also found bad-weak capacitor 35/5, replaced with new 35 and 5 and rechecked system operation. System showing normal operation at this time.
