Logan did a fantastic job! He went above and beyond and changed my filters and helped me to understand my system, and answered all the technical questions that I had. He also helped me to discover a problem that I would have in the future and get that repaired for me and helped me to order filters so that they could just be delivered to the house. Was super impressed with both his kindness and his professionalism.

Check up completed in a timely manner. Logan called me to let me know everything he checked and all is good with the system. My garage door app went offline. Logan closed the door before he left when he noticed after a couple of minutes that it was still open. Thank you Logan!!

Aubrey correctly and quickly diagnosed a broken fan motor in the outdoor compressor unit. He called for parts, which were in the warehouse. A second technician was dispatched to bring parts and assist with repair. In the meantime, Aubrey worked on annual preventive maintenance. Good, productive, professional team!
