Logan has not only the knowledge and experience required to be top-notch in his industry, he also has the determination and the ability to "do it right the first time". He knows the intricacies of HVAC systems including GeoThermal and he is my only go-to guy when it comes to any HVAC problems I ever have including the heating of my swimming pool. He's quick to pinpoint and solve the source of the problem and does not just "swap out parts" with the hope of fixing it, the way many companies do these days. He's friendly and knowledgeable and happy to explain the situation in terms we can all understand. This morning, I performed the scheduled preventative maintenance on a Lennox heat pump system at a local residence. I began by thoroughly cleaning the outdoor condenser coils using a non-acidic coil cleaner and soft-bristle brush. I then replaced the MERV 11 air filter in the air handler and inspected all electrical connections, capacitors, and contactors for proper operation. Additionally, I measured refrigerant pressures and airflow to verify the system was performing within manufacturer specifications. While on-site, I also provided a detailed proposal to replace the existing heat pump with a ductless Lennox mini-split system. This upgrade would offer improved efficiency, zoned climate control, and enhanced indoor air quality for the homeowners.
