Cleaned condensate drain line and pan. Replaced air filter with MERV 13. Checked electrical connections and tightened as needed. Tested capacitor and contactor. Lubricated fan motor. Verified defrost cycle operation. Calibrated thermostat. Performed static pressure test and adjusted blower speed. System now operating at peak efficiency for heating season.

Troubleshooting a callback on an older York system. Capacitor had recently been replaced. System had shut down but the customer moved some wiring and the unit did start. Upon investigation, I found a loose terminal connection on the outdoor fan motor, causing an intermittent power connection to cut in or out, causing unit to shut down without the fan on. Fixed wiring and connection, tested unit operation. System running normally again.
