I performed a heating checkout on a 2002 Rheem gas furnace. After inspecting the burners, heat exchanger, and ignition system, everything was functioning properly. I also checked the blower motor and thermostat calibration. The system showed normal operation at this time, with no issues detected. The furnace is running efficiently and ready for the heating season.

Complaint of water leakage. Diagnosis: Found the drain line clogged with dirt and debris from years of use, causing the backup. Solution: Cleared the blockage by blowing out the drain line and flushing it with a gallon of drain cleaner and water. Afterward, the system was no longer leaking. I also checked the system charge, and everything is now operating normally. The system is functioning as expected with no further issues at this time.

Completed summer A/C checkups on three heat pump systems. During the service, I inspected each system to ensure proper operation and checked the refrigerant levels, blower motors, and coils. All systems showed normal operation at this time. Additionally, I provided the customer with education on thermostat usage and demonstrated the locations and recommended intervals for filter changes. This ensures the customer can maintain their systems efficiently between routine services to keep everything running smoothly.

On day one of a two-day project, we replaced the customer's 2-ton straight A/C unit and furnace, including a new evaporator coil. The old system was carefully removed, and the new equipment was installed, ensuring all connections were secure and up to code. We verified the refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and airflow to ensure optimal performance. The system is now set for further testing and final adjustments on day two, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
