Rapid Service Response
Rawle - Lawrenceville, GA
Jon Fowler came out as an emergency service call and he was very much in line with the CDC Guidelines and wore shoes protection as he entered our home. He systematically checked everything to confirm that there weren’t any similar issues. He was able to identify the issue and quickly resolved the problem. Jon was very polite and courteous and I would highly recommend him.

Eric is part of Tom Kohberger crew of amazing, talented and awesome techs who came to my house to install an amazing Daikin VRV System with multiple Air Handlers.
KEVIN - Lawrenceville, GA
They kept me updated as to what time I should expect Chris. When he arrived he went straight to work and quickly figured out the problem and voila! We had cold air again! He didn't waste my time trying to talk me into "what else needs to be done to the system" as other companies have done in the past. He did ask about a maintenance service which I was going to sign up for anyway. So glad I went with this company.
Thanks for your service today, Reece!

Glued connections for pvc drain line.
Completed diagnostic. Found system has both r22 and 410 in system. Recovered all refrigerant. Filled system back up with only r22. Superheat at 30. Delta T in house at 59 degrees. Capacitor outside good. System has compressor saver. Indoor unit has very dirty blower wheel. Also has no secondary water safety device. System cooling at this time.
Installed VRV 5 Ton system with 4 air handlers and 1 furnace. Blow in attic insulation.
No cool. Found system with bad breaker outside. Bypassed breaker temporarily to test system. Found bad fan motor, weak capacitor and worn main electrical switch. System is from 1997. Due to age and condition of system, recommend upgrading system to a more reliable and more efficient system. Customer will call to schedule consultation
2 system ac tune up complete. Changed filters. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found upstairs system low on r22, which means there is a leak. Found main level with pitted main electrical switch. Due to age and condition of systems, recommend upgrading systems to more reliable and more efficient systems. Systems are operating at this time.
Removed and replaced upstairs evaporator coil. Pressure tested system with 350 psi of nitrogen and flushed system with nitrogen. Pulled vacuum to 475 microns. Recharged system to 3 degrees subcooling per manufacturer specs. Found upstairs transformer bad upon arrival, replaced transformer. Replaced both electrical disconnect boxes for outdoor units. Performed two system cooling maintenance. Systems are cooling at this time.
Condensate drain line was clogged. Should have been cleared when pump was replaced. Cleared line. Tested pump. System draining properly.
No cool new system install. Note: customer state system line frozen. Check and melt ice, tighten connection and adjust charge to 11 degrees subcooling. Test and system operating at this time.
Arrived on site, customer states compressor is making a loud noise on startup. Heard noise when I arrived, hear no issues personally. Checked amp draw, refrigerant pressures and capacitance. Everything is working within manufacturer specs. No issues present at this time.
Arrived on site found unit cooling properly, but only a central return in the hallway, quoted to install a return in sons room.
No cool. Tested system and found the following: evaporator coil is rusty and corroded and falling apart. Blower capacitor is weak (5uf). Blower wheel is dirty. Dual capacitor is weak, 40/3 uf. Compressor tripped breaker, tested compressor and it is bad, it has 282 ohms of resistance between common and run. Customer needs a new system.
No cool. Found system with bad power switch. Found blower motor leaking oil and weak blower capacitor (5uf). Due to age and condition of furnace, recommend upgrading furnace to a more reliable, more efficient furnace. System has no hard start kit, recommend adding on to reduce load on compressor so it starts smoother, runs smoother and therefore lasts longer. Recommend surge protection to protect equipment from power surges. Customer wants to get more quotes.
No cool. Found upstairs system low on r410a. Will return to replace evaporator coil and electrical disconnect boxes. Recharged system to get customer by until repair can be done. Signed customer up for two system maintenance plan.
Completed diagnostic. Found evap coil frozen. Found leak in evap coil. System is under warranty. However unable to get replacement coil at this time. Parts store will call and let us know when part arrives. Filling coil at this time and will return to replace coil under full warranty.
Arrived on site to find unit not cooling, found compressor not running due to a bad capacitor, I Replaced duel run capacitor and the system started operating normally.
Arrived on site. Pumped down refrigerant system, removed faulty evaporator coil and replaced with new. Pressure tested with nitrogen and pulled vacuum to remove moisture from system. Charged with 410a to manufacturer spec
Completed tune up. Furnace is 20 years old with clean blower wheel and working capacitor. Evap coil is 6 years old. With no big signs of corrosion. System does not have any water safety attached. Needs drain pan and inline float switch to protect system and house from any water damage. System currently running with standard one in filter. Would benefit from electro static filter and UV light treatment to better filter air and kill any bacteria allergens or viruses in the house that could cause harm to residents. Outdoor system is 6 years old and has good pressures and working electrical components. System is running on r22freon.
Arrived on site to preform a three system maintenance. Indoor; changed filters and cleared drain line. Checked electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance. Found main level and basement systems have corroded evaporator coils. Main level unit needs a new condensation pump. Both systems also have dirty blower motor assemblies and no water safety. Outdoor; cleaned condenser coils and checked refrigerant pressures. Checked electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance. Recommend installing compressor assist kit to upstairs unit to help prolong life of compressor. Systems are operating normally at this time
Arrived on site , unit not cooling and freezing up due to low refrigerant pressures. Recommend replacing equipment. Consultant coming out tomorrow.
Arrived on site to preform a two system maintenance. Indoor; changed filter and cleared drain line, checked electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance. Main level unit, has corroded evaporator coil. Recommend installing secondary water safety switches to each unit. Outdoor; checked refrigerant pressures, electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance. Found main level not operating due to bad capacitor not allowing compressor to start, due to age and condition of evaporator coil, recommend replacing equipment.
