My AC unit was 17 years old and malfunctioning. Mark did the initial service call. Amy in the office was extremely helpful with scheduling given my hectic work travels. My new unit was installed and working in under 4 hours. I would highly recommend Dustins Mechanical.

Dustin came to my home to escavate a 500 gallon propane tank from underground. He was prompt and went beyond my expectations to complete the job. He’s a great guy that actually cares about his work. Would hire and or recommend him in a heartbeat.

Technician arrived when expected, efficiently evaluated my problem and offered potential solutions. Ultimately I decided to replace my 20 year old AC unit with a new larger unit. To hold me over until the new unit could be installed my current unit was charged up. Mark ensured everything was functioning properly before leaving. Cost for new unit was reasonable and I wasn't hit with charges for my service call. I couldn't have been more satisfied.

His staff is friendly and he is willing to explain what he's doing and listen to our wants and needs and then making that happen
