Our Story
Roy brings over 30 years of industry experience, starting in 1990. His journey to creating Fixed Right & Guaranteed was fueled by a desire to honor his father’s legacy and provide the best possible service to the community. After starting his first HVAC company in his early 20s, Roy gained invaluable lessons on how to succeed by focusing on the things that truly matter: hard work, honesty, and continuous improvement.
From 2009 to 2014, Fixed Right & Guaranteed started conservatively, focusing on subcontracting. But in 2018, after stepping away from his role as an inspector at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, Roy made a pivotal decision to fully invest in building a company that wasn’t just good, but exceptional. Fixed Right & Guaranteed quickly grew into one of the most trusted HVAC companies in Owings, MD.
