The guys were great during the install. I had many questions and they happily answered them. Water heater was installed the day after agreeing to the contract. Great service!

I came across Matthew’s Plumbing in 2023 after having worked with a handful of unpleasant contractors and plumbers who had poor customer service and follow through after the job was done. The experience of working with professionals from Matthew’s Plumbing has been refreshingly different. From the front desk staff to the field-men, Rhonda, Patrick, Norman and most recently Tyler have been phenomenal. They are very respectful, knowledgeable and humble, even though they are very skilled at their craft. I would not recommend another Plumbing company with such confidence as I would Matthew’s Plumbing, given the experience from interacting with the district employees has been consistently pleasant and professional. I am never left thinking I was cheated out of my money and left wondering what I actually paid for in the quality and customer service of a job. Most recently in having my bathroom faucet replaced, Tyler’s knowledge of how to remove a stain in the drain area of the porcelain vanity sink, saved me from spending an extra $250 to replace the vanity before install. If you are looking for professional plumbers and have a job, a million tones over I would recommend them with confidence and look forward to working with Matthew in completing another job.
Excellent from start to finish - quick response to my service request and Tyler was informative and educated me on various options making the whole process as painless as possible. I never felt pressured and they all made this process smooth and worry free. Tyler was in and out in 3 hours for a hot water heater replacement with excellent service, clean up, and tips on annual maintenance. Highly recommended! Fair, honest and affordable.
Tyler did a great job of fixing a leaky faucet in our bathtub! We appreciated how he explained the reasoning behind his recommendations and was transparent about pricing. He helped us make an informed decision and we ended up learning a lot from him. Would highly recommend working with Tyler - we certainly will be requesting him in the future!

Tyler, Jacob, and Jerry did an excellent job communicating, showed up on time, and finished quickly. Tyler was especially knowledgeable and professional. The replacement toilets function great! I would recommend Matthew’s Plumbing for any commercial/residential job!
