Mr. Stewart and his Son were very Kind, Professional, and Knowledgeable. He explained the situation within the drain line, using the video camera, to me in simplified/non technical terms that I appreciated. He also provided his verbal recommendation based on the assessment and his expertise. I appreciate the fact that Mr. Stewart and his son was not trying to immediately bust up my patio as other companies wanted to do just to diagnose the issue at a ridiculous cost. They did not leave my house with any leaks in my drain pipe or debris all over. Thank you Trenchless Innovations!!!

Outstanding Professional Service at a Reasonable Price

We had a drain pipe that was blocked with tar (thanks to incompetent roofers); the best idea a local Chicago plumbing company could come up with was to tear up our entire basement floor for a hefty price tag. I am so glad I found Trenchless Innovations: they patiently worked through 4 feet(!) of tar and cleared the pipe; all the while they were focussed but also friendly and even patiently answered the questions of my four year old daughter; on top of that they saved me tons of money and helped me avoid a destroyed basement floor. I cannot recommend them enough!

Trenchless Innovations repaired a 50+ year old clay sewer pipe under our condo building in Lincoln Park. We had been experiencing multiple issues (e.g. odor, leakage) that other repair services failed to resolve. Because Trenchless Innovations specializes in this service, they bid the job at ~33% less than other general sewer repair companies and achieved flawless results. Couldn't be happier!

I'm thrilled with the job these people did. They were very responsive, helpful, trustworthy and affordable. The previous sewer company I hired charged a lot more to rod my line. Then they told me they couldn't complete the job b/c I needed $,5000 worth of work done, which they handed me an estimate for. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Trenchless Innovations. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who asked!

Televised sewer from inside clean out and located area where there is a crack and an offset. Suggest installing a spot repair over that area.

Televised sewer from clean out in parking lot upstream back into overhead clean out in basement of office building. First few feet has heavy grease build up and there is a hole at 18ft on bottom of pipe. Also went downstream that went to a manhole approximately 110 ft. Heavy grease in the first few feet downstream. Recommend installing g a patch in area upstream then jetting from both bleak out and manhole.

Completed a sewer lining job for a client in Chicago, IL, using trenchless technology to rehabilitate the damaged sewer line without the need for excavation. A resin-coated liner was inserted into the existing pipe, creating a new, durable pipe within. Looked at vent stack in unit 1002 in order to see configuration then looked at where it comes out on the first floor in a mechanical space off of laundry room. Will provide a proposal for lining from 11th floor to first floor. Customer also wants a quote for lining an 8” storm line from that mechanical room to where it exits building in floor below.

I applied a second coat of Duct Armor to all the underground ductwork, ensuring a thorough seal to prevent future corrosion and improve air quality. In addition to this, I sealed off six access points where the air ducts had been opened for inspection and maintenance. I used metal covers for reinforcement and secured them with hydraulic cement to ensure a durable, airtight seal, further enhancing the efficiency and integrity of the duct system.
