When a high school in Romeoville, Illinois began experiencing repeated sewer backups, they called Chicagoland’s trenchless sewer repair experts, Trenchless Innovations. Upon inspection, our team discovered that a previous sewer lining performed by another company was done incorrectly because the connections were never properly reinstated after lining.
Using special equipment designed for this work, Trenchless Innovations went through existing access points in the lateral pipes, using special grinding pads positioned at the connection to the main line with a camera. These pads ground out the excessive liner, opening the connections to a full diameter.
The school had been dealing with sewer issues for years. In less than four hours, Trenchless Innovations corrected their problems, preventing further backups because of improperly cut out connections.
