10-9-2024:Cleaned and measured sewer in preparation for lining from catch basin 100’ to city main. 10-10-2024: lined 6” clay sewer from catch basin 100’ downstream to city main starting liner just into clay pipe at outlet of basin and ending liner just before city main covering all clay tile joints from basin to city main.

Provided an estimate for lining the sewer. The scope includes: Initial Inspection: Televising the sewer line to assess the condition and determine the length of the liner required. Cleaning: Jetting and descaling the sewer line to remove debris and obstructions. Liner Installation: Inserting a felt or fiberglass liner saturated with resin into the sewer line. The liner will be inflated and cured to form a new, seamless pipe within the existing line. Final Inspection: Checking the lined sewer with a camera to ensure proper installation and integrity. The estimate includes all materials, labor, and equipment costs. The total cost will be based on the sewer line's length and condition.

Televised from catch basin on side of house ut could only get 85ft. Main sits at about 100ft. Line needs to be jetted to remove debris on bottom of pipe then retelevised. Could not get inside no key inside lockbox.

Televised the sewer and provided the inspector with a post-lining video for review. The inspector informed me that, in the future, we can streamline this process by sending a link to the video directly to the Elmhurst.org email. This new method will simplify and expedite the inspection and review process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is efficiently shared and archived. Moving forward, this approach will enhance communication and facilitate smoother project completions with the inspection department.

7-5-2024: cleaned and measured sewer in preparation for lining. 7-8-24 -Inserted a 6” liner through the existing outside clean-out extending approximately 58 feet to just before the city main. Inserted a 4-6” liner through the existing outside clean-out extending upstream approximately 6ft ending in the 4" cast iron.

Sewer inspection service call. Televised sewer from outside clean out back into house and out to city main sewer. Heavy root growth in both directions with a couple PVC repairs heading downstream. Recommended sewer lining upgrade. Will provide quote for lining all of clay and also another for lining clay and cast up to stack.

Sewer line inspection service call. Televised sewer from inside clean out to main city sewer approximately 92ft. Sewer has no heavy roots and looks in good condition. Located outside clean out in landscape area near Japanese Maple tree. Will provide quote for lining if required by the city.

Sewer line video inspection visit. Televised sewer from kitchen overhead then moved to main overhead in front of house. Was only able to get to approximately 75ft when there was heavy roots. Rodded but cable could not get past 75ft. Suspect sewer is broken just befor city main. Will need to be dug.

2-15-2023: Lined 6” sewer from 6” pvc clean out in front landscape bed 15’ to city main, starting liner 68’ downstream of clean out in 6”pvc and ending liner in 6” clay just before city main.

Televised sewer from outside clean out approximately 69ft to city main. The connection at the main is offset and there is roots growing in at that connection. Suggest replacing the connection to the main then lining from overhead out to new pvc

We are lining a sewer from an outside clean out starting the liner 45’ downstream of the clean out in pvc pipe and ending the liner 123’ downstream near the city main, lining through the old clay tile which had heavy root growth.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete asbestos ducts with metal fittings and connections that are rusting. Suggest installing drain til in basement to the existing sump pit then spin casting ducts and spray lining ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.
