Mr. Stewart was professional and very informative in conducting his work and explaining aspects to us. He is a personable individual who made every effort to create as little disturbance to our normal routine and was very successful in doing so. Because we did not seek multiple estimates for the inspection, the rating below for cost/pricing is based on judgment considering experiences with other professionals providing skilled services.

I called around to several HVAC companies and none of them could help with ductwork on a slab foundation...Until a miracle happened surfing the web I found Trenchless Innovations! First time they came and took video footage of the ducts and worked up a game plan. I needed areas where they would spin mortar to build up the integrity of the failing ducts and then 2 coatings of a latex sealant. Awesome experience and a job well done!!!

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete with metal fittings. The plenum is deteriorating and allowing white calcified ducts to enter into the plenum. The ducts is also entering the system through the h joints around the system and any registers that are dropped below the register openings. Suggest spin cast mortaring the metal fittings then spray lining the ducts with Duct Armor duct lining material.

I performed a trenchless sewer line repair for a customer experiencing backups due to a cracked line. Using a high-definition sewer camera, I located the damaged section. I then inserted a trenchless liner, which was expanded to fit the 4” diameter pipe. After curing, the liner created a seamless inner pipe that restored proper flow without needing to dig up the yard.

I installed a new 50-foot sewer line using a trenchless method to avoid excavation. First, I inserted a 6” PVC liner into the existing pipe and expanded it to fit tightly. We are applying our Trenchless Cast Mortar to all of the heavily rusted metal connections and elbows in the underground air ducts system. This process will give those areas a strong concrete like structure and backfill and debris will no longer enter from these areas. We will then encapsulate the entire air duct system with our rubberized duct lining material.
