Completed a service call at J-Lo Beauty Supply for a water leak. Clean and flushed drain line. Emptied drain pan that was full of water. Float switch was working but it was stocked with the water bacterial build up. Also clean float switch to prevent water leak.

Recommend to cover the gap under the door with something so you guys only use one filter. If you want to install a new filter under the unit size will be 21.5 x21.5x1. I replaced the filter above door provided by the customer. Left the system in good working order.

I customer ask me if the unit was a heat pump but unfortunately the unit is just straight cool system. He was concerned about the high electric bill on winter time and that explain why. Also recommend a UV system for the unit. He wanted me to install it. Got the aire cleaner installed and left the system working good.
