We offer a wide selection of top-quality AC systems, including heat pumps, central air conditioners, and ductless units, to match your home’s unique cooling needs. Indoor Air Quality Solutions for a Healthier Home
Florida’s humid climate can contribute to moisture buildup, allergens, and even unpleasant odors in the home. Our indoor air quality (IAQ) services help address these issues, providing you with fresher, healthier air. We offer solutions such as dehumidifiers, air purifiers, and UV lights that work to reduce dust, allergens, and bacteria, creating a cleaner indoor environment for your family to enjoy.
Indoor air quality is about more than just comfort—it’s about wellness. A better IAQ system can help reduce allergy symptoms, eliminate odors, and create a safer environment for everyone in your home.
Ductwork Services for Improved Airflow and Efficiency
Your ductwork is the pathway for all the conditioned air your HVAC system generates. Over time, ducts can develop leaks, cracks, or blockages that compromise airflow, causing certain rooms to feel too warm or too cool and leading to higher energy bills. Our ductwork services include new installations, repairs, and sealing, all designed to improve your HVAC system’s efficiency and your home’s comfort. Proper ductwork is essential for even, efficient cooling and heating in every room.
If you’ve noticed uneven temperatures or rising energy bills, it may be time to inspect and upgrade your ducts. Well-maintained ducts reduce energy waste and help keep your indoor climate consistent.
Simple Tips for HVAC Maintenance in Seminole
Keeping your HVAC system running smoothly is simple with regular care. Here are a few practical tips for maintaining your system and saving on energy costs:
- Change air filters regularly. Dust and pollen can build up quickly in Florida’s climate, so it’s a good idea to replace filters every 1-3 months to maintain airflow and indoor air quality.
- Clear outdoor units of debris. Keep leaves, grass, and dirt away from your AC unit to prevent airflow restrictions.
- Adjust your thermostat wisely. According to the U.S. Department of Energy, setting your thermostat 7-10 degrees higher for 8 hours a day can save up to 10% on annual cooling costs.
- Schedule routine maintenance. Preventative tune-ups can reduce repair costs by up to 40% and extend your system’s lifespan.
Our maintenance plans make it easy to stay on top of these tasks, providing priority service and regular tune-ups to keep your system running efficiently all year long.
