Upon arrival found a multi speed motor working intermittently. Replaced blower and left the system working in good order.

Provided a free estimate for new duct work system that got destroyed by rats.

Completed the service call everything is working. Just found the condenser breaker off. Checked the capacitor, drain line and everything looks good.

Completed the minisplit cleaning. We could not clean the indoor unit due the compressor is not working properly and we couldn’t pump down the system. Customer will let me know to put a new ac unit in.

Completed the tune up. Found both blower and condenser capacitors weak. I recommend to replace both of them. Customer will schedule it for the replacement. He also wants a UV light, he will do that at the same time as the capacitors. Left the unit working.

Upon arrival found the system with a bad dual capacitor. Replaced and checked all compressors and fan parameters. Everything is looking good. Also cleaned drain line.

Upon arrival found the system 2lbs low on Freon. Added up and the system is working properly. This system was diagnosed with a leak a year ago. Highly recommend a new system.

Completed the service at a new customer restaurant. Drain pan and drain line were very dirty. Completed the job and left the system working in good order.

Upon arrival found that the water pump for the drain is not working. Replaced it, checked everything else in the unit and everything is working in good order.

Completed a service call at J-Lo Beauty Supply for a water leak. Clean and flushed drain line. Emptied drain pan that was full of water. Float switch was working but it was stocked with the water bacterial build up. Also clean float switch to prevent water leak.

Upon arrival found the system with a very bad filters. Inspected the system and everything else is working properly. Recommend to cover the gap under the door with something so you guys only use one filter. If you want to install a new filter under the unit size will be 21.5 x21.5x1. I replaced the filter above door provided by the customer. Left the system in good working order.

Completed the service visit. System is 2023 installed by us. It was getting some bacterial growth in the AH. I offered and UV light cleaner to prevent this happening. Customer did accepted the UV system. Completed installation and left the system working in good order. Cleaned drain line with drain solve solution.
