Completed the cleaning and the UV installation. Left the system working in good order.

Completed a full service visit. I checked all electrical components. The A/H has some bacterial growth inside. Condenser parts are in good looking at the point of the visit. Cleaned and flushed the drain line. Highly recommend to clean the inside of A/H and install a uv light system to prevent the growth to come back again. Left the system working.

Completed the maintenance visit. Checked all mechanical and electrical components. Replaced the filter provided by the customer. UV lights are working but the bulbs are expired. Recommend new light bulbs. Also the walls are getting humidity from metal duct work. The only way to fix this is replacing duct, that involves drywall work. I can recommend someone to do that type of work. Unit is 10 years old. Been by the water it has some corrosion and deterioration. Recommend to replace system as well. Left the system working.

Upon arrival found the high pressure switch wire broken. Fixed the electrical wire and left the system working in good order.

Completed visit. System is working properly. The outside unit is not serviceable at this point because the first floor roof. If the system have any future problems we will rent a lift to get to it.

Today, I meticulously executed a comprehensive service plan visit for a Trane system. I began by cleaning the drain line to ensure optimal drainage and prevent any potential clogs. Next, I inspected the coils, checking for any signs of dirt, debris, or damage that could affect performance. I also examined the fans, verifying that they were operating smoothly and efficiently. Throughout the process, I ensured that all components were functioning correctly and efficiently. The system is now in excellent condition, ready to provide reliable performance.

Completed a one time follow up after installation. System is working in good condition.

Upon arrival found the system with a bad contactor and a bad hard start kit. Replaced both of them, after the compressor came on find the system 2.5 lbs low on 410A refrigerant. Added refrigerant and run an electronic leak test. Could not find the leak. In 6 month when we come back for the maintenance inspection if the system is 25% or less low on refrigerant recommend a leak seal.

Upon arrival found the system with a bad contactor and capacitor. Replaced them both. Left the system working in good working order. I spoke to her about the age of the unit and recommend a full replacement.

Completed the installation of the new blower motor. Everything is working in good condition.

I got a call for not heat. Customer mentioned the filter was very dirty. Everything is working in good shape. Left the system warming up.
