Emergency heat is not working at all and it needs to be replaced. Heat pump is working but when it gets to cold the defrost cycle does not work. Customer will hold off on replacing emergency heat.

Completed a leak check on a ICP system. Found the evaporator coil leaking. Recommend to replaced the coil.

Upon arrival found the system not working. It had a communication issue. It could be caused by a power outage or something similar. Reset the system and everything is working properly at the moment.

Completed the 1st member visit. Cleaned drain line, replaced the capacitor and contactor the we’re weak. Left the unit working in good order.

Completed the inspection in the system. Found that the filter was impacted as well the evap coil like we mentioned on previous visit. Electrical components are in good condition. We recommend one more time to pull and clean evap coil Filter was replaced and system is working.

Completed full inspection. Replaced capacitor that was diagnosed weak on previous visit. After capacitor replacement every electrical component and mechanical is working. Unit is 21 years old. Due the age and low efficiency I recommend to replace it.
