Upon arrival, found there was a GFI wired incorrectly. After rewiring the GFI, I was able to restore power to both bathrooms as well bedroom near kitchen. There are still issues with no power to lighting in the home. Informed customer the remaining issues will need to be resolved with a deep dive troubleshooting which will be quoted as an estimate.

Ac inspection: delta t was 19. Air movement system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern. Air filter system was clean and recently changed out by customer. All wiring was clean and secure. Drain line system was clean and clear. Voltage enhancement system was running at 31/4.8uf. Factory spec is a 35/5uf so I’m giving the customer an estimate on replacing this part. Voltage gateway system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern or worry. System was up and running at normal operation of them to visit.
