Job WO-TNFR669606 involved a comprehensive refrigerant rejuvenation for a Mitsubishi mini split system. I meticulously followed all required steps, including evacuating the old refrigerant, cleaning the system components, and replacing the desiccator. After ensuring the system was free of contaminants, I refilled it with the appropriate refrigerant type and quantity. Post-service checks confirmed optimal performance, with the system operating efficiently and effectively.
I successfully completed the task by replacing the warranty control board and installing a voltage protection system. The process began with a thorough inspection of the existing electrical setup to ensure compatibility and safety. The old control board was carefully removed and replaced with a new one, following all manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols. Subsequently, I installed a voltage protection device to safeguard the system from potential electrical surges. Post-installation, I conducted comprehensive voltage inspections and tests to confirm that the system was functioning optimally. The job is now complete, with the system operating efficiently and reliably.
I successfully rejuvenated the electronic control circuit, ensuring it operated correctly. The system was thoroughly tested to confirm its functionality. I meticulously cleaned the return connection and the interior of the blower cabinet to enhance efficiency. Additionally, I advised the customer to switch to a lower service rating on their air filter, which will improve airflow and reduce strain on the system.
I began by conducting a thorough assessment of the electrical system to identify the root cause of the voltage issues. I checked the main electrical panel for any tripped breakers or loose connections. After ensuring the panel was in good condition, I proceeded to inspect the wiring throughout the house, focusing on outlets and light fixtures that were experiencing problems. I identified a faulty connection in the wiring leading to the affected areas and carefully repaired it. Additionally, I tested the voltage levels to confirm that the issue was resolved. Throughout the process, I explained each step to the customer, ensuring they understood the work being done and the importance of each action.
Responded to no cooling complaint with outdoor unit not operating. Diagnosed failed control board causing system shutdown. Documented existing conditions with photographs of control board and wiring configuration. Ordered necessary replacement parts for return visit to complete repair. Noted unit requires routine maintenance cleaning.
Found fault with incoming voltage from the house panel box. Incoming line voltage is fluctuating between 249–250 volts, which is considered dirty/high voltage for the system. Due to the unstable incoming power, the HVAC equipment may experience operational issues and premature component wear.
Recommend installing a rectifier/voltage correction device to reduce and stabilize incoming voltage to approximately 230 volts for proper system operation and equipment protection.
Performed repair and replacement of the air distribution system. Removed the existing air distribution system and installed a new unit. Tested operation to verify proper rotation and confirmed there were no excessive vibrations during operation. Installed a new power passing device and verified proper functionality after installation. Electrical readings tested at .1 ohms, with 244V in and 244V out; 25V coil passed within normal operating range. System was tested in cooling mode, and the furnace was jumped out for heating operation testing; both modes passed successfully. At this time, the system is operating within normal manufacturer specifications with no faults present.
WO-TNFR659506 Performed a comprehensive air conditioning system cleaning and inspection. Cleaned evaporator and condenser coils as well as the unit cabinet to ensure proper airflow and heat transfer. Inspected all high- and low-voltage wiring and electrical connections; all connections were secure with no visible defects. Tested and verified operation of the condensate drain and safety controls. System was operated in both cooling and heating modes to ensure proper functionality of the system.Findings: Filter Fail ,water removal system passed installed new ez trap safetydeviceand clean out breaking "R" , . Completed comfort call on existing HVAC system. Customer inquired about refrigerant service, but explained company policy does not include refrigerant top-offs without proper diagnosis and leak repair. Verified system operation and confirmed unit is currently functioning properly. Documented electrical panel and Ruud furnace installation with photos for service records.
Went over unit found heat droop set at 0 set heat droop too 3 if it happens again recommend replacing system control
This estimate includes:
- Installing new 15A GFCI breaker for existing spare circuit in main panel
- Junction existing spare circuit under the frame of stairs to allow for extension of circuit to feed receptacles in indoor pool room
- Running new wires in conduit on outside wall to re-feed existing receptacles in the indoor pool room. This option would allow for an installation with no visible wires indoor
- Installing new quad outdoor weatherproof box with weatherproof enclosure on side wall
- Installing quad receptacles in new outdoor box
