I completed a Gold Club AC Rejuvenation service, which involved a thorough inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of the air conditioning system. I replaced necessary filters, checked refrigerant levels, and ensured optimal performance. The customer was impressed with the results and decided to sign up for a Gold membership, gaining access to exclusive benefits and services.

I recently completed a comprehensive home maintenance project, which included repairing a leaky faucet in the kitchen and replacing the outdated lighting fixtures in the living room. The faucet was meticulously disassembled, inspected, and reassembled to ensure a perfect seal. In the living room, I removed the old fixtures and installed modern, energy-efficient LED lights, enhancing the room's ambiance. Additionally, I performed a thorough inspection of the electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance with current standards.

I completed a comprehensive rejuvenation of two AC systems. Both indoor and outdoor units were thoroughly cleaned and tested. Repair recommendations were provided for all units. The voltage enhancement systems were out of range, impacting efficiency and potentially causing future issues, but this has been resolved. Surface rust was detected on the primary drain pan in the attic, though safety switches are in place. A deep cleaning of the indoor air circulation system was also performed. Four repairs were made, ensuring cost savings and preventing future service calls.

No AC. Filty was dirty. Customer replaced it before arrived but sent me a picture. Found voltage distributor failed. Replaced and he signed up for the Gold Club. Checked operations. All operations running normal WO-TNFR659903

Performed club rejuvenation cleaning air movement blower wheel is clean free of any obstruction. Air movement has variable speed ECM. Coil is good. Voltage gateway is good all wiring is tight. Heat strips are good functioning as intended. PCB control has no signs of concerns all wiring connectors and harness are tight and secured . 16X20X1 filter is clean filter is a merv11 heat rise of 44 degrees. Refrigerant Pumping System RLA factory specs 10.9amp actual 5.74amps Air movement system factory specs 0.97amps actual 0.64amps voltage enhancement system factory specs 35/5uf actual 34/4.86uf. All wiring is tight and secured system is functioning as intended at this time.

WO-TNFR244585 Made repairs condensate drain added ¾ PVC with armerflex around drain line.

Found circuit breaker for air handler tripped. Reset and checked operation.

Vinyl tubing for condensation drain was frozen solid use hair dryer to thaw, recommend rerouting drain line or using PVC pipe and insulation so it doesn't require.

Estimates for refrigerant pumping system

Found fault in refrigerant pumping system and voltage enhancement system has bad fan terminal. Pull disconnect plug and placed inside of heat pump

Upon arrival, I was able to verify the troubleshooting done by tenant’s electrician. There was appropriate voltage being supplied from main electrical panel inside, through the time clock, then to the junction box above entrance of the unit. I isolated the issue to the wire from this junction box to the sign. After replacing the wire, the issue was resolved.

Found tear in insulation. Repaired torn insulation. With armaflex pipe insulation and wrapped it with foam tape and secured with black ties WO-TNFR214902

Performed club rejuvenation cleaning gas furnace. Checked exhaust removal system factory 2.8amps actual 2.99amps. Air movement system factory specs 10.3amps actual 4.14amps. 16X25X1 filter is clean. Air movement system blower wheel is clean and free of any obstruction. Heat exchanger is good no signs of rust or obstruction, burner tubs are clean, has nice blue flames shutting into heat exchanger tubes. Hot surfaces igniter .51amps, flame sensor 1.9. Supply air temp 130 degrees, return air temp 69 degrees heat rise of 61 degrees factory specs is between 35-65 degrees within factory specs. Checked all safetys and limits are functioning as intended at this time. Checked all electrical wiring connectors and harness are tight and secured. System is functioning as intended at this time.

No heat, checked system, back up heat working, outdoor system started as soon as the wall control was set to heat, delta T 43 degrees no problems found at this time.
