club rejuvenation: Heat rise was 70. Air filter system was clean and recently cleaned off by customer. Air movement system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern. All wiring was clean and secure. Drain line system was clean and clear. Flame gateway system had some debris so I cleaned off. Flame sensor system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern. Cleaned off inside and outside of indoor unit with proper cleaner and wipes. Cleaned off inside and outside of outdoor unit with proper cleaner and wipes. System was up and running at normal operation at the end of the visit.
club rejuvenation: Heat rise was 65. Air filter system was clean and recently changed out by customer. Air movement system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern. All wiring was clean and secure. Drain line system was clean and clear. Cleaned off inside and outside of indoor unit with proper cleaner and wipes. Outdoor voltage enhancement system was running at 69.5uf. Factory spec is a 70uf. Voltage gateway system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern. Cleaned off inside and outside of outdoor unit with proper cleaner and wipes. System was up and running at normal operation at the end of the visit.
Heat rise 26 degrees. Washed air filter. Combustion chamber passed inspection. Tested with powder. Furnace miss fired upon arrival due to rusted burner system. Pulled and cleaned burners. Found that the outdoor refrigerant pumping has failed megaohm test reading 20 megaohms. Recommend replacing furnace and AC due to obsolete refrigerant and parts. Cleaned burner box. Cleaned indoor air circulation system. Flames are blue with orange tips. Furnace was running at the end of the call.
