HVAC Professional Service Report: Found refrigerant leak in the main heat transfer media coil, causing loss of cooling performance. Tested voltage enhancement system capacitor with factory specifications of 40/5 MFD and actual readings of 36/4 MFD. Capacitor is operating below manufacturer specifications and replacement is recommended. Electrical winding resistance readings are as follows: R2/C = 1.2, R2/S = 3.1, and S2/C = 1.9. Inspected voltage distribution system and found contactor contacts heavily pitted with visible rust buildup. Replacement of the voltage distribution system is recommended due to condition and reliability concerns. System was also found to have three leaking Schrader cores that will require replacement. Due to refrigerant loss from leaking components, the system is not cooling at this time.

Daikin Mini Split Rejuvenation: Checked all head unit filters which were dirty so I cleaned off with water and paper towels. Checked all units air movement systems which were clean and clear of all debris with no signs of concern. Cleaned off outside of each head unit with proper cleaner and brushes. Checked all wiring inside each units electrical compartment which were all clean and secure. Cleaned off outside of outdoor unit with proper cleaner and tools. Each system was up and running at normal operation at the end of the visit.

CO2 12.2 %, excess air 30%, 330o net combustion temperature. 9 ppm CO. 87.3% efficiency. 0 smoke. 15 second safety timing.

Interrogated all head units for error codes, none were found. Wd40 wipe down of all the head units. Cleaned off the outdoor coil. Wd40 wipe down of the outdoor unit. The system is operating normally at this time.
